At Moonlite, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Shipping and Delivery
Update: Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order. Review our note on Covid-19 information.
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, from the date the order was placed. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates will be given through your tracking number as processed by USPS. We do not offer cancellation/changes to your order after it is placed. Make sure to check your sizes and address before ordering.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any product damaged or lost during shipping. Please keep tracking your package so you know when it is being delivered. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at moonlite.sou@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
